Our Crab Hut Crab Roe Sauce can be used in any dish! Be creative or follow some of our signature recipes for some inspiration!
Crab Wonton!
Ingredients:

Pork Minced 150g

Prawn / Medium Shrimp 175g

Wonton Wrappers 1pack 30 piece
-
Chicken Broth 3 cups
-
Vegetables(a few)
-
Scallions or Yellow Chives ( a few)
-
Sesame Oil (a few)
Marinate Pork :
-
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
-
Sugar ½ tsp
-
Corn Starch 1 tsp
-
Chicken Bouillon Powder ½ tsp
-
Sesame Oil (few)
Marinate Shrimp:
-
Egg White 1 tbsp
-
Table Salt (a few)
-
White Pepper Powder (a few)
PROCEDURE
Preparation
Pork
-
Chop the pork in the fine slice, or just minced it.
-
Put all the marinate sauce together, mix well.
Shrimp
-
Chop the shrimps or prawns in fine dice.
-
Put all the marinate sauce together, mix well.
Cooking Time!
-
Mix the marinated pork, shrimp together.
-
Add 2-3 spoons of crab roe sauce
-
Mix Well.
-
Put fair amount of the mixed meat to the wonton wrapper
-
Wrap it with the Northern or Southern style as shown in the video.

Boil the water and put in the chicken stock, yellow chives, white pepper and sesame oil
-
Once boil, then put in the wonton.

Cook for 3 mins

Shanghainese Stir Fry Egg White
INGREDIENTS

Broccoli
-
Eggs
-
Scallops
-
Salt
-
Milk
PROCEDURE
Preparation
Broccoli
-
Chop the broccoli
Eggs

Separate the egg yolk and egg white.
-
Whisk egg white, add some salt
-
Add Milk and mix.
Scallops

Chopped in smaller pieces
Crab Roe Sauce
-
Put water in a skillet or pot
-
Boil the water and put the crab roe sauce package in for 1 minute.
-
Take it out.
Cooking Time!

Boil the water and put in the Broccoli and put some salt
-
Cook it for 2-3 minutes
-
Take the Broccoli out and drain it dry.
-
Place the Broccoli around the plate.
-
Heat up a skillet and add some oil
-
With low heat, pour in the mixed egg white and the scallops
-
Keep stirring it for around 2-3 minutes until it is half firm. Do not overcook!

Pour inside the center of broccoli circle
-
Put an egg yolk right in the center
-
At last, carefully put the crab roe sauce around the egg yolk.
Fried Rice with Crab Rose Sauce
INGREDIENTS

1 pack of Crab Hut Crab Roe Sauce (100g)
-
Oil
-
Salt
-
Soya sauce
-
2 cup of rice
-
2 eggs
-
Green onion
PROCEDURE
Preparation
Cooking RICE
-
Wash the rice with cold water
-
Put the rice into rice cooker
-
Make sure the water is about 1/2 inch above the rice
-
Turn on the rice cook and start cooking
-
After cook, let the rice cool down.
Green Onion
-
Chop the green onion
Eggs
-
Whisk eggs, some salt and some oil
-
Heat skillet over medium heat.
-
Add Eggs. Lower the heat. Stirring frequently for about 1 minute.
Crab Roe Sauce
-
Put water in a skillet or pot
-
Boil the water and put the crab roe sauce package in for 1 minute.
-
Take it out.
Cook Now!

Heat oil on high heat in a frying pan or wok
-
While smoke coming out, reduce to medium heat.
-
Put the cooked & chilled rice into the wok.
-
Stir fried the rice for 1 minute with soya sauce
-
Put in the eggs and green onion
-
When done, put the fried rice into a plate.

Steamed Egg with Crab Roe Sauce
INGREDIENTS

1 pack of Crab Hut Crab Roe Sauce (100g)
-
4 large eggs
-
Chicken broth
PROCEDURE
-
In a medium bowl, whisk 4 large eggs until smooth.

Mix in chicken broth.
-
In a large pot, add a bit of water and place a steaming rack inside. Place your bowl on the steaming rack and steam for 15-20 minutes on low heat.

Meanwhile, in a small pot, place the Crab Hut Crab Roe Sauce packet in boiling water for 1 minute to defrost.

Remove steamed egg from the pot, garnish with Crab Hut Crab Roe Sauce and serve.
Shrimp with Crab Paste Noodle
INGREDIENTS

1 pack of Crab Hut Crab Roe Sauce (100g)
-
1 pack of noodle
-
Shrimp
-
Chinkiang vinegar, for garnish
-
1 green onions, thinly sliced for garnish
PROCEDURE
-
Chop green onion into thin slices. Set aside and reserve for garnish.

Open the Crab Hut Crab Roe Sauce's outer package, and put the inner bag into boiling water for 2 minutes to defrost.

Put noodles in boiling water to cook. Once cooked through, put into a bowl and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add shrimp. Fry for a few minutes.

Add Crab Roe sauce and stir fry with shrimp for a few minutes.

Garnish with green onions and Chikiang vinegar and serve.
Tofu Crab Roe Sauce
INGREDIENTS
-
1 pack of Crab Hut Crab Roe Sauce (100g)
-
1 block of medium tofu, diced
-
1 slice of ginger, thinly sliced
-
2 green onions, thinly sliced for garnish
PROCEDURE
-
Heat oil on medium heat in a frying pan and fry ginger until sizzling.
-
Pour crab roe sauce and fry until bubbling.
-
Add tofu and fry for 1 minute on high heat. Turn heat to low for 3 more minutes.

Garnish with green onions and serve.
