Our Crab Hut Crab Roe Sauce can be used in any dish! Be creative or follow some of our signature recipes for some inspiration!

Shanghainese Stir Fry Egg White

INGREDIENTS

  • Broccoli

  • Eggs

  • Scallops

  • Salt

  • Milk

PROCEDURE


Preparation
 

Broccoli

  • Chop the broccoli

 

Eggs

  • Separate the egg yolk and egg white.

  • Whisk egg white, add some salt

  • Add Milk and mix. 
     

Scallops

  • Chopped in smaller pieces

 

Crab Roe Sauce

  • Put water in a skillet or pot

  • Boil the water and put the crab roe sauce package in for 1 minute.

  • Take it out. 
     

Cooking Time! 

  1. Boil the water and put in the Broccoli and put some salt

  2. Cook it for 2-3 minutes

  3. Take the Broccoli out and drain it dry.

  4. Place the Broccoli around the plate.

  5. Heat up a skillet and add some oil

  6. With low heat, pour in the mixed egg white and the scallops

  7. Keep stirring it for around 2-3  minutes until it is half firm. Do not overcook!

  8. Pour inside the center of broccoli circle

  9. Put an egg yolk right in the center

  10. At last, carefully put the crab roe sauce around the egg yolk.  

Fried Rice with Crab Rose Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of Crab Hut Crab Roe Sauce (100g)

  • Oil

  • Salt

  • Soya sauce

  • 2 cup of rice

  • 2 eggs

  • Green onion

PROCEDURE


Preparation
 

Cooking RICE

  1. Wash the rice with cold water

  2. Put the rice into rice cooker

  3. Make sure the water is about 1/2 inch above the rice

  4. Turn on the rice cook and start cooking

  5. After cook, let the rice cool down. 

Green Onion

  • Chop the green onion

 

Eggs

  1. Whisk eggs, some salt and some oil

  2. Heat skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add Eggs. Lower the heat. Stirring frequently for about 1 minute. 

 

Crab Roe Sauce

  1. Put water in a skillet or pot

  2. Boil the water and put the crab roe sauce package in for 1 minute.

  3. Take it out. 


     

Cook Now! 

  1. Heat oil on high heat in a frying pan or wok

  2. While smoke coming out, reduce to medium heat.

  3. Put the cooked & chilled rice into the wok. 

  4. Stir fried the rice for 1 minute with soya sauce   

  5. Put in the eggs and green onion

  6. When done, put the fried rice into a plate. 

Steamed Egg with Crab Roe Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of Crab Hut Crab Roe Sauce (100g)

  • 4 large eggs

  • Chicken broth

PROCEDURE

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk 4 large eggs until smooth.

  2. Mix in chicken broth.

  3. In a large pot, add a bit of water and place a steaming rack inside. Place your bowl on the steaming rack and steam for 15-20 minutes on low heat.

  4. Meanwhile, in a small pot, place the Crab Hut Crab Roe Sauce packet in boiling water for 1 minute to defrost.

  5. Remove steamed egg from the pot, garnish with Crab Hut Crab Roe Sauce and serve.

Shrimp with Crab Paste Noodle

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of Crab Hut Crab Roe Sauce (100g)

  • 1 pack of noodle

  • Shrimp

  • Chinkiang vinegar, for garnish

  • 1 green onions, thinly sliced for garnish

PROCEDURE

  1. Chop green onion into thin slices. Set aside and reserve for garnish.

  2. Open the Crab Hut Crab Roe Sauce's outer package, and put the inner bag into boiling water for 2 minutes to defrost.

  3. Put noodles in boiling water to cook. Once cooked through, put into a bowl and set aside.

  4. Heat oil in a pan and add shrimp. Fry for a few minutes.

  5. Add Crab Roe sauce and stir fry with shrimp for a few minutes.

  6. Garnish with green onions and Chikiang vinegar and serve.

Tofu Crab Roe Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of Crab Hut Crab Roe Sauce (100g)

  • 1 block of medium tofu, diced

  • 1 slice of ginger, thinly sliced

  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced for garnish

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat oil on medium heat in a frying pan and fry ginger until sizzling.

  2. Pour crab roe sauce and fry until bubbling.

  3. Add tofu and fry for 1 minute on high heat. Turn heat to low for 3 more minutes.

  4. Garnish with green onions and serve.
